Medica treatments
Assessments
An assessment involves several Medica practitioners being involved in the treatment of the client and, directed by the assessor (usually Spiros Platon Antoniades), assessing how to best address the client's needs.
These practitioners may include body therapists, dieticians, energy therapists, counsellors and/or personal trainers. All decisions on treatment are made collaboratively with the client, the assessor and the practioners.
Client-assessor regular meetings observe and adjust the treatments according to the progress made. Alternatively, if clients wish, they can seek treatment from any of the individual practitioners.
Acupuncture Brunswick
A purely energetic form of therapy that uses the body’s innate electromagnetic field to promote healing in every bodily aspect (organic, hormonal, skeletal, soft tissue, psycho-emotional).
Myotherapy and Massage
Massage is the most popular tactile form of therapy, primarily used to treat muscular conditions, but also effective in reducing any kind of excess stress and assisting in regaining postural balance. Therapeutic, relaxation, sports, aromatherapy and pregnancy massage are available.

Myotherapy uses the most advanced massage techniques (cupping, dry needling on trigger points, specialised stretching and therapeutic exercises, electrotherapies, lymphatic drainage, thermotherapies) to treat all musculoskeletal conditions. The myotherapist uses the most current assessment methods (including orthopedic testing) to differentially diagnose the exact nature of a problem.
